Are the LEVITT watches waterproof?

LEVITT watches are 3ATM water resistant. This means that the watch is suitable for everyday use (it can withstand a few accidental drops of water). The watch is not suitable for showering, swimming, snorkelling and water related work. Damages caused by water inside the watch are not covered by the warranty.

 

Is it easy to change the straps?

Yes! With a simple click-on and click-off mechanism the strap is easily replaced which enables you to create a new look for every occasion

 

Is my LEVITT watch battery-driven?

Yes, the LEVITT movement is battery-driven. We recommend that you contact a specialized watch dealer to change the battery on your LEVITT watch.

 

I haven´t received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
In the event of a missing order confirmation, please make sure to double check your spam folders/boxes.
If the payment has been subtracted from your account, we have received the order and this will be processed in our warehouse. Your order confirmation will be send to the email address you have filled in when placing your order. If you have not received a confirmation email, then first check if the amount has been taken from your account. If this is not the case, we advise you to try again to place a new order.

 

How long will it take to receive my package?
We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of verification. DHL pledges worldwide delivery within 5 business days but it might arrive sooner if you’re in the EU, and a bit later if you’re outside.

 

How long is the warranty period of my LEVITT watch?

The LEVITT warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any LEVITT products. LEVITT grants a 2 year warranty period on its watches and a 1 year warranty period on its watch straps. Read more about the warranty in our Terms & Conditions.
